 SLC-3-60 Series High-Power Street Light Loop Automatic Voltage Stabilization Control Box consists of a compensation transformer, voltage regulation transformer, non-contact control technology (or non-voltage regulation control technology), sampling circuit, main control circuit, voltage regulation control circuit, time control circuit, and protection circuit. Based on the characteristics of the lighting load and the actual grid voltage, it performs phase-separated sampling and phase-separated voltage stabilization and regulation. It integrates intelligent voltage stabilization, surge suppression, harmonic filtering, and power factor improvement into a single, innovative design, ensuring stable and reliable operation.


 High-Power Street Light Intelligent Lighting Voltage Stabilization and Dimming System Startup Operation Instructions

(1) Wiring: According to the labels inside the control cabinet, correctly connect the input and output cables. Check whether the control circuit is intact and whether the switches are closed.

Note: The neutral wire must be in good condition; otherwise, it may damage the equipment.

(2) Buttons, Switches, and LCD Display on the Front Panel

1. Manual/Automatic Selection Switch: Choose manual or automatic operation. In manual mode, use the start/stop buttons to control the lighting output. In automatic mode, the lighting output is controlled by a programmable system.

2. Start/Stop Buttons: In manual mode, press the green button to start the device and bypass. Press the red button to stop the device and bypass.

3. Device Automatic/Bypass Automatic Switch: In automatic mode, choose between device automatic or bypass automatic.

(3) Operating Parameter Settings

1. Current Date and Time Setting: After the control cabinet is powered on, the current date and time displayed on the LCD may not match the actual date and time. Reset them via the LCD display as follows:

a. Move the microswitch on the voltage stabilizer controller (inside the control cabinet) to the Stop position. The orange indicator light on the controller will illuminate.

b. In automatic mode, use the up and down buttons below the display to select the date setting screen. Press Enter to enter the setting mode. Use the up and down buttons on the right side of the display to modify the parameter at the cursor. Use the left and right buttons to move the cursor. Press Enter to confirm after setting.

c. Select the time setting screen and modify the time, same as step b.

d. After setting the date and time, move the microswitch on the controller (inside the control cabinet) to the Run position. The green indicator light on the controller will illuminate. The settings will take effect.
